The story behind the name
The occasion changes.
Our focus does not.
The name Right On Target began as a standard: understand the assignment, recognize the moment, and deliver work that feels true to the people in it. That same standard guides us whether we are documenting a leadership summit, building a brand library, filming a celebration, or creating a portrait that finally feels like you.
Joq built ROT Media around the belief that strong visual work needs both skill and awareness. The technical details matter—but so do timing, trust, and knowing when to direct and when to simply let a moment happen.
