Requests and confirmation

Submitting the booking form is a request, not an automatic confirmation or charge. Right On Target Media reviews availability, location, timing, and creative requirements before confirming the session in writing.

Deposit and final scope

A 25% deposit is required after a request is accepted. Travel, studio rentals, permits, additional team members, advanced editing, and custom production needs may change the final quote. Any changes are shared before confirmation.

Scheduling and changes

Please communicate date, time, location, and scope changes as early as possible. The specific cancellation and rescheduling terms for your project will be included in your written confirmation or proposal.

Delivery and add-ons

Included edits and estimated turnaround are listed with each package. Rush delivery is subject to availability. Advanced manipulation is reviewed before editing begins. Unedited files are provided only when the Full Digital Gallery Buyout is selected and approved.
